The successful candidate will act as a strategic HR business partner overseeing the employee lifecycle and driving HR operations across offices in Genoa and Sorrento. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in HR practices and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• Significant experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a medium/large organization.
• Experience interacting with Italian Trade Unions.
• Familiarity with lean maintenance principles.
