STORE MANAGER - YAMAMAY MAN - ROMA CENTRO

Yamamay offers stylish, original products with attention to materials, workmanship and finishes, focusing on Underwear and Intimate Knitwear, Sleepwear, Swim Fashion, and Beauty Products. The company is dynamic and expanding; this role is for the Store in Rome - Centro.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the store and the sales team
• Analyze product sales data, managing and monitoring reporting activity
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets set with the company through proper team management and motivation
• Ensure quality service to customers
• Ensure correct product display within the store; manage product stock movement and conduct Visual Indoor and Outdoor activities
• Perform Back-Office tasks, manage attendance, and prepare reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consolidated experience in managing mid-size stores in the textile sector (experience in lingerie is preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent managerial and leadership abilities, and a strong result orientation
• Availability and flexibility in working hours
