A leading clinical research company in Rome is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to ensure the successful delivery of clinical studies, particularly in the oncology area. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and at least 1 year of clinical trial management experience. Strong leadership, effective communication, and organizational skills are essential. Candidates should be fluent in English and possess good knowledge of Italian. This position offers a hybrid work model with regular office visits. The company is committed to improving patient outcomes and driving project success.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of proven clinical trial management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Responsible for delivery and management of smaller, less complex, local studies.
• Accountable for executing clinical studies per contract.
