A leading automotive supply chain company in Torino is seeking a Spare Parts Supply Chain Specialist. The role involves optimizing warehouse and logistics flows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system integration for spare parts. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, and proficiency in WMS, ERP, and Excel. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus.

Mission

The Spare Parts Supply Chain Specialist will support the Convergence Program by contributing to the design, integration, and optimization of warehouse and logistics flows for spare parts across STLA warehouses. The role requires strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and process harmonization.

Responsibilities
  • Map and document current (AS‑IS) and future (TO‑BE) warehouse flows.
  • Support the definition of functional requirements for WMS, logistics flows, stock movements, and MOQ management.
  • Contribute to unified labeling solutions and compliance across spare parts.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, flow harmonization, and stock/footprint efficiency.
  • Ensure integration between OMS, ERP, and WMS systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to guarantee system readiness and data consistency.
  • Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for logistics processes.
  • Support rollout activities and training for local teams during WMS implementation.
  • Map actual warehouse‑related costs and link them to operational processes.
  • Support creation of cost baselines and perform post‑development cost analysis.
  • Track and report key KPIs, including cost savings, labeling compliance, convergence progress, and UAT completion.
  • Analyze data using Excel (including automation) and Power BI to support decision‑making.
  • Work with cross‑functional and international teams to ensure alignment and harmonization.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and travel to STLA sites as needed to support deployment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably in spare parts logistics or warehouse management (5‑7 years).
  • Experience in rollout projects, system implementation, process mapping, and functional requirement definition.
  • Strong understanding of WMS, ERP, and OMS systems integration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and automation).
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Availability to travel.
