Overview

In the role of SPA Manager at Villa San Michele, a Belmond Hotel, you will be the leader of our wellness sanctuary. You will be responsible for envisioning, directing, and elevating the entire SPA operation, ensuring it stands as a pillar of relaxation and luxury for our guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unique and profitable menu of spa treatments and wellness programs that align with the Belmond brand and Hotel's strategy.
• Manage the SPA's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the SPA team, fostering a culture of outstanding service, professionalism, and sales expertise.
• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the facility is immaculately maintained and that Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards are consistently exceeded.
• Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies to drive awareness and bookings.

• Proven experience as a SPA Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or a high-end wellness resort.

• Business acumen, with demonstrated success in managing budgets, driving revenue, and controlling costs.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for developing and motivating a high-performing team.

• In-depth knowledge of current spa therapies, wellness trends, and luxury retail product lines.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
