How does the application process work?
  • you complete the application on the website thearkage.com (don’t forget to submit your myers‑briggs profile and to attach your portfolio).
  • you’ve got mail: we get back to you via email to arrange a first interview (usually within 1 week).
  • first touch: an interview with Simona, People Care team manager, and with one person closest to your job position to assess your professional skills.
  • team touch base: a second with the Servant Leader and/or Product Owner of your candidate team to assess your attitude and your compatibility with the team.
  • almost done! we will discuss budgets and you will get a final interview with our CFO.
  • welcome on board! Now an onboarding process begins.

At any stage of the selection process, if something does not go as intended, we will send you an email explaining the reasons within 30 days from the first application. If it happens, don’t worry! Arkage is looking for a Social Media Manager intermediate (RM), is that you?
What you do on a daily basis

You will design social media strategies and editorial plans for national and international brands, translating creative concepts into formats and content consistent with each channel’s language.

You’ll monitor organic and paid performance, optimizing strategy, messaging and creativity based on the data.

You’ll manage communities, moderating conversations in line with the tone of voice and guidelines agreed with clients.

You’ll use artificial intelligence tools to ideate and produce creative assets within editorial plans, adapting them to different formats.

AI will be integrated into your creative process as a support tool, not a replacement for your creative sensitivity.

You’ll work closely with project managers, art directors, creative strategists, and creative directors to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity between strategy, creativity, and content delivery.

Who you are

You have 2–4 years of experience managing brands on social media and can handle the full workflow — from ideation and production to publishing and analytics — independently.

You know how to read data, identify what works and what doesn’t, and translate insights into operational decisions about formats, messages, and editorial calendars, as well as creating clear, actionable reports.

You can adapt tone and formats to different creative contexts, working with brands across sectors (e.g., fashion, real estate, automotive).

You collaborate effectively with team members and suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

You stay up to date on platform evolution and integrate AI tools into your process to make ideation and production more efficient.

Nice to have
  • Experience with AI image‑generation tools.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Employment or Collaboration Agreement according to the candidate’s profile.
