A leading renewable energy company in Puglia seeks a Project Manager skilled in wind turbine installations. Responsibilities include effective communication with stakeholders, supervising teams, and maintaining safety records. The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree and over 3 years of experience in wind turbine or EPC construction. Strong communication and stress management skills are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on safety and quality control.

Job Description

1. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as the client, client’s representative, project manager, subcontractors, local authorities, residents and all persons affected by the project, representing Goldwind with professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
2. Daily report to the project manager and client about the project progress
3. Compile all statistics or report required by the client e.g. project progress, manpower and equipment (present / projected) statistics etc
4. Experienced in supervising a team of employees and subcontractors to safely carry out work in a complex environment.
5. Complete technical explanation and guidance of WTG mechanical/electrical installation. And complete site and port mechanical/electrical installation problems.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for site attendance, site induction, toolbox talks, accidents, goods received, weekly site records, site safety inspections, plant register records, scaffold report records, and all staff-related forms/administration.
7. Control and implementation of all legal and site-specific HSE policies, including safety registers, equipment registers, incident reporting, disciplinary hearings, adjudication of skills and competency of manpower utilised, monthly (reportable) safety audits etc.

Qualification

1. Relevant academic education (e.g. Engineering bachelor degree or similar).
2. More than 3 years of experience in wind turbine construction business or EPC construction business. Have good knowledge of wind turbine installation technology or EPC construction projects.
3. Have good knowledge and experience with HSE system and quality control system.
4. Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
