This role focuses on building and maintaining robust reporting frameworks, KPI dashboards, and automated data solutions to enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across the supply chain. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely insights that support strategic and operational objectives.The ideal candidate blends strong analytical capability with storytelling, has proven experience enabling complex matrixed organizations, and is energized by using data and AI to modernize SIOP decision-making.**Data Automation & Process Optimization*** Develop automated data pipelines and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy for WI SIOP process.* Implement scripts, workflows, and integrations to streamline data collection and transformation across multiple systems.**Reporting & Visualization*** Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor SIOP performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, schedule attainment and inventory levels.* Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually clear, and aligned with business needs for decision-making.**Data Strategy & Governance*** Develop and maintain data standards, governance policies, and best practices for SIOP-related data.* Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems and processes.**Collaboration & Leadership*** Partner full SIOP team and extended contacts to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.* Train and support stakeholders on the use of dashboards and automated tools.**Technology & Tools*** Evaluate and implement data analytics tools and platforms to enhance SIOP capabilities.* Work with IT and digital teams to integrate data sources and ensure system reliability.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).* 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, SIOP, or data intelligence roles.* Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and forecasting tools.* Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning is a plus.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**Key Competencies:*** Analytical thinking and problem-solving.* Strong business acumen in supply chain and operations.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.* Continuous improvement mindset.**Everyone's equal value**We want people, regardless of skin color, age, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity, to feel at home, not just at Xylem, but everywhere in the world.
