Overview

Join to apply for the SI Project Manager role at Energy Job Search. This position reports to the Business Manager - Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of medium-size analytical system integration projects, ensuring activities align with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. Guide project team members to achieve requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet committed project results.
• Contribute to the System Integration Unit of Analytical BL in PAMA.
• Project Leadership: lead the project team, establish the execution approach, oversee hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring for internal and external resources to accomplish project goals. Provide performance feedback, monitor and control project financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Drive formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgement.
• Instructions and Guidelines: participate in continuous improvement, improve guidelines/tools/templates, ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Support Budgets, Sales, and Operations Planning; involve in tenders; review full cost model after project handover.
• Project Execution and Control: follow ABB policies and execution best practices; monitor progress and resource utilization; manage risks; capture and share lessons learned; drive contract close-out and customer acknowledgment per contract.
• Contract and Claims / Procurement Management: apply contract and claims management per ABB policies; coordinate with Supply Chain Management and procure required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers; support procurement and logistics in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes.

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, automation engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering or project management with international project exposure
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Proficiency in project reporting tools/systems
• Ability to work systematically and structurally to ensure efficient task execution with minimal resource usage
