Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa, is dedicated to enhancing the experiences, skills, and potential of candidates in the hospitality sector, including hotellerie, restaurant, and catering industries.

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for a multinational organized restaurant company in Venice.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise staff activities during shifts;
• Ensure service standards, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness;
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory operations;
• Comply with company policies and safety and hygiene regulations;
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly;
• Motivate and train team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or GDO sectors;
• Leadership skills, team management, and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer orientation skills;
• Flexibility in working hours and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Details:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (single shift), 6 days out of 7.

Contract Offer:

• Direct employment with a fixed-term contract of one year, with potential for permanent placement;
