We\'re seeking a talented leader to shape the future of our Advanced Services, driving innovation and customer success through strategic development and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for Advanced Services, aligning with growth ambitions and market needs.
- Promote services internally to ensure seamless collaboration with KAMs, TAMs, and OEM teams.
- Oversee Advanced Services operations, ensuring efficient project intake, delivery, and high standards of technical quality and data integrity.
- Manage budgets and prioritize investments in advanced equipment and software.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and curiosity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed services into innovation programs and campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial value from technical capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between service portfolio and business objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to reach their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Act as an ambassador for our unique added value to innovation, both internally and externally.
- Manage CAPEX / OPEX budgets and prioritize investments in advanced equipment and software.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material characterization, CAE / simulation, or application testing.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role with proven team management skills.
- Experience in managing lab operations and technical service portfolios.
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
- Commercial acumen and project management expertise.
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher); French or German is a plus.
