Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
- Upper Intermediate (B2) English language proficiency.
- Understanding of mechanical electronic and electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment (mechanics electronics and software).
- Ability to work with hand tools and measurement instruments.
- Familiarity with software used for the maintenance and diagnostics of parcel lockers.
- Knowledge of basic networking technologies (LAN Wi-Fi) and server interactions.
- Capability to read technical documentation and electrical schematics.
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular technical maintenance and diagnostics of parcel lockers according to established schedules.
- Quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions (mechanical electronic and software-related).
- Perform calibration adjustment and testing of components and systems within the parcel lockers.
- Ensure minimal equipment downtime through effective planning and execution of repairs.
- Maintain records of completed tasks and prepare technical documentation and service reports.
- Communicate technical issues and potential improvements to technical staff and management.
- Adhere to company standards for service quality safety regulations and equipment operation.
- Provide user training on basic operational principles and troubleshooting techniques when necessary.
