Job Overview

As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across multiple functions. Operating within a fast-paced and rapidly scaling environment, you will manage a diverse portfolio of searches. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving business needs, shape hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. This role requires a proactive, highly organized recruiter with strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive amid constant change and competing priorities. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and a key driver of talent acquisition excellence in our scale-up journey.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, mainly in tech, sales, marketing and operations’ field.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with rapidly evolving business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and targeted outreach in deep-tech and cybersecurity communities.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing clear communication, structured processes, and timely feedback throughout all recruitment stages.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting frameworks, analytics, and employer branding initiatives to support the company’s growth at scale.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in high-growth environments, with a strong track record hiring for deep-tech roles; experience in cybersecurity or top-tier consulting is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of complex technical domains (software engineering, security, cloud, data, etc.) and ability to engage credibly with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with technical and non-technical leaders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling organization, bringing structure and strategic thinking to the recruitment function.
