Senior Staff HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday Advanced Compensation and Performance Management. Reporting to the Senior Manager HRIS, this role will be a subject matter expert responsible for designing configuring and supporting Workday compensation and performance modules to ensure accurate compliant and effective processes. You will partner closely with HR Total Rewards and Talent Management teams to translate business needs into scalable effective system solutions.
