As a Senior Software Engineer at mama health, your mission is to drive the innovation and development of our web applications, creating solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline patient care processes. You will utilize your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable, efficient, and secure software.

Job Description :

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with the CTO to deliver high-quality software that improves user engagement and streamlines patient care processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain front-end components of our web applications using TypeScript + React
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS resources with AWS CDK
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code focusing on performance and security
• Collaborate with product managers and other developers to understand requirements and design solutions
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development practices

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer with significant backend experience and solid frontend skills
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Located in Italy and legally authorized to work
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with REST APIs
• Ability to work independently on complex projects
• Nice to have: experience with Python (especially for AI microservices updates)
• Nice to have: understanding of ML/AI technologies for healthcare innovations
