A leading IT Consulting firm in Milan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in SAP SD. This mid-senior level role requires fluency in Italian and involves responsibilities such as providing SAP integration support and acting as a subject matter expert. The position offers a flexible schedule with 3 days in the office and is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of SAP SD experience
• Knowledge in more than one of the following areas:
• Master Data Migration activity in SAP SD
• Process knowledge in SD
• Basic S/4 HANA changes in SD
• Pricing Procedure in SAP SD
• Good Knowledge of Rollout Methodologies
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Document such as Functional Designs, Test cases and results
• End User Trainings
• Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, addressing issues, analyzing logs, and providing timely resolution of any integration-related problems
• Utilize SAP Fiori apps and/or SAP S/4HANA capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor for asset management solutions
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior consultants and business users
• Perform root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective measures to prevent future disruptions
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget

Preferred qualifications

• S/4 HANA/SAP SD certification
• Experience in Utility Industry
• Exposure to working in Agile Methodology
