A leading technology firm is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Italy to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing the sales pipeline. With a focus on Location Intelligence solutions, you will collaborate with various teams to maximize client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. The role requires excellent relationship-building skills and proven experience in digital advertising.
The Senior Sales Manager Italy is responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting revenue targets. This role requires strong client and agency outreach skills, effective lead management, and the ability to close deals. Working closely with the GM Italy and collaborating with marketing and client success teams, the Senior Sales Manager Italy will play a critical role in promoting the company’s Location Intelligence solutions to both new and existing clients.
Lead and Pipeline Management
Manage inbound leads, collaborating with marketing to optimize lead quality and volume.
Qualify leads and opportunities, effectively managing the sales pipeline in CRM systems to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, calls, and proposals, and lead client pitch meetings.
Sales Process and Closing Deals
Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from qualification to closing, including contract negotiation and signing.
Identify and propose suitable solutions based on client briefs to maximize value and profitability.
Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure smooth client onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management.
Sales Performance and Forecasting
Achieve individual and team sales quotas, driving toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Regularly report on sales performance and provide accurate sales forecasts to management, identifying areas for improvement.
Track sales activities in CRM and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients.
Relationship Building and Client Education
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, agencies, and platform partners to expand potential outreach networks.
Conduct educational sessions to demonstrate Adsquare platforms and solutions, positioning the company as a trusted advisor in Location Intelligence.
Engage in post-sales activities, such as account strategy development and re-pitching, to foster repeat business.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including Partnerships, Marketing, and Product, to stay informed about integration updates and new offerings.
Leverage partnerships to enhance revenue growth and ensure a comprehensive approach to client needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital advertising, Ad Tech, or a related field, with a focus on omnichannel campaigns.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Location Intelligence, Analytics, and Attribution solutions.
Ability to lead pitches and client education sessions.
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
