I bring over 15 years of global experience in the energy storage sector, having worked across roles—from technical support to business development and sales—with companies like Enel, Tesla, and Toshiba. Most recently, I led the Business Development team at Enel, developing and executing over 1 GW of storage assets worldwide.

At Entrix, we’re building an ambitious, smart, tech-driven platform to unlock the full value of battery storage in energy markets. The Italian market, traditionally dominated by utilities, is opening up due to regulatory improvements and support schemes. Your Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Customer Engagement

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract signing
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders in energy and battery storage
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and successful customer go-live
  • Act as a sparring partner for customers, helping them navigate the storage market, maintaining high engagement and satisfaction
  • Track activities and manage pipeline via CRM system

Market Development & Networking

  • Contribute to evolving our offerings based on market trends and customer needs
  • Represent Entrix at conferences, trade fairs, and client meetings, with a focus on field engagement
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the energy industry to identify trends and opportunities

Sales Strategy & Insight

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve forecasting
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product, marketing, and operations teams

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in energy
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven deal-closing success
  • Experience with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience collaborating with tech and product teams for alignment
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (full business proficiency)

Skills to Set You Apart

  • Deep understanding and network in the energy sector, including battery tech and renewables
  • Experience localizing offerings for specific markets
  • Knowledge of financial analysis related to sales and contracts
  • Experience with contractual matters, including agreements and partnerships
  • Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus
