Position Overview

Concentrix Italy is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within the general market, with a focus on the Energy sector, which will be a plus. The candidate should exhibit strategic leadership, innovative sales planning, and effective execution to meet business objectives, with experience in the BPO Sector

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the general market.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the Energy sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
Desired Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management, in BPO
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Working Conditions

Full-time position with a hybrid work environment.
