A leading ceramics and lifestyle manufacturer in Milan seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment. Key responsibilities include designing innovative recruiting strategies, engaging top talent, and optimizing recruitment processes. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday, is preferred. Fluent English skills are required, and knowledge of German is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle – from initial needs assessment to contract signing.
• Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers to broaden our talent pipeline.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our leaders on all matters related to talent acquisition and selection.
• Continuously optimize and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field – or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience.
• Up to date with the latest recruiting trends, tools, and sourcing methods.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in HR systems, ideally Workday.
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
