A prominent eyewear company based in Italy is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support for contracts, commercial laws, and regulatory matters across the EMEA region. The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate sourcing and procurement contracts, as well as provide legal advice on medical devices and regulatory issues. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in commercial law and is a full-time mid-senior level position. Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial law.
• Basic expertise in regulatory matters.
• Experience in sourcing and procurement contracts.
