The ideal candidate will have a Background in IT Infrastructure support, excellent communication skills, and experience in server administration. The role involves acting as a technical liaison, participating in the installation and maintenance of server hardware, and ensuring timely solutions to internal customer problems. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required, along with physical capabilities for the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure support and server administration in a mid-size environment.
• Ability to work productively in remote cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Act as data centre SME liaison to technical and non-technical teams.
• Understand internal customer problems and provide timely technical solutions.
• Participate in installation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of server hardware.
