Position

Senior Consultant – Office Capital Markets – Join our Italian Office Capital Markets department in Milan reporting to the Head of Office Capital Markets Italy.

What This Role Involves

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing sales mandates, supporting and advising all parties throughout negotiations to closing.
• Conduct financial analysis of opportunities through business plans and discounted cash flow models; create compelling pitches to secure new mandates based on location analysis, financial fundamentals, macroeconomic assessment, and leasing & investment comparisons.
• Conduct inspections, lead meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Map the market continuously to identify new business opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with funds, property owners, developers, and investors, ensuring thorough follow‑up with documentation.
• Collect and share market intelligence with other departments (Research Markets); execute active marketing activities during on‑ and off‑market sale procedures.
• Prepare essential documentation including cadastral surveys, surface area analysis, rent rolls, tenant covenant assessment, and financial balance sheet analysis.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Degree or master’s in economics or technical disciplines (Real Estate Economics, Law, Architecture, Building Engineering); approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and technical aspects.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, proven negotiation skills, client‑facing capabilities, and the ability to establish and manage high‑profile professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, results‑oriented with excellent teamwork abilities and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong business English capabilities.
