Position

Senior Consultant – Office Capital Markets. Join our Italian Office Capital Markets department in Milan reporting to the Head of Office Capital Markets Italy.

What This Role Involves

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing sales mandates, supporting and advising all parties throughout negotiations to closing.
• Conduct financial analysis of opportunities through business plans and DCF models and create compelling pitches to secure new mandates via location analysis, financial fundamentals review, macro‑economic context assessment, and leasing & investment comparisons.
• Take part in inspections, lead meetings, deliver presentations and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Continuously map the market to identify new business opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with funds, property owners, developers and investors, ensuring thorough follow‑up with relevant documentation.
• Collect and share market intelligence with other departments (Research Markets) and execute active marketing activities during on‑ and off‑market sale procedures.
• Prepare essential documentation, including cadastral surveys, surface area analysis, rent rolls, tenant covenant assessments and financial balance‑sheet analysis.

Essential Requirements

• Degree or masters in economics or technical disciplines (Real Estate Economics, Law, Architecture, Building Engineering) with approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate market dynamics and technical aspects.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, proven negotiation skills, client‑facing capabilities and the ability to establish and manage high‑profile professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented with excellent teamwork abilities and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong business English capabilities.
