  • Provide clients with expert guidance and personalized attention, ensuring a seamless and exceptional shopping experience that drives sales and loyalty.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering high-touch, bespoke service aligned with the brand’s luxury standards and anticipating clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain an elegant and welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable product presentation.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating deep product knowledge and storytelling skills to engage and inspire clients.
  • Strategically manage client relationships using CRM tools to enhance retention and acquisition through proactive and personalized outreach.
  • Continuously assess personal and boutique performance to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to achieving individual sales targets.
  • Support and inspire colleagues by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
