Role overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst / Junior Manager to support the execution of the Transformation program across the business covering all main key functional areas and assist M&A-related processes.

Transformation

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Transformation initiatives collaborating with the company functional teams and external advisors; conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision‑making and initiative detailing; prepare business cases, reports, and executive‑level presentations; monitor program progress and KPIs; support effective communication across teams.

M&A deals

Assist with M&A-related processes, including due diligence, synergy analysis, business planning; coordinate inputs from internal teams and external advisors; prepare materials for leadership or BoD reviews; ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle; support post‑merge integration planning and activities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in top‑tier consulting, M&A advisory, corporate strategy, corporate transformation or PMO / strategy office
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus)
  • Exposure to M&A transactions and / or enterprise transformation, operational improvement preferred
  • Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and advisors in fast‑paced environments
  • Understanding and interest in B2B machinery sector or Pharma / Biotech industry highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Fluent in English, both writing and spoken
