We are looking for a dedicated, relationship-driven Senior Advertising Account Manager to strengthen our strategic client relationships, develop and grow our strategic clients & partnerships, and serve as a valuable resource and point of contact to provide a high‑quality end‑to‑end service.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic Italian advertisers from different verticals, managing performance or brand awareness KPIs. You will work with direct advertisers as well as premium agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and be part of a great team that learns from others and shares experience.
To thrive in this role you'll need:
- 5 years of experience in results‑driven, customer‑facing roles in the Digital Marketing space (preferably performance‑driven campaigns)
- Knowledge of KPI‑based campaign/client management and optimisation of campaigns towards ROI & CPA targets
- Understanding of the Ad‑Tech industry and media agencies landscape
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients – prioritisation and fostering portfolio growth based on potential
- Eagerness to understand and present opportunities for clients seeking infinite scale
- Strong analytical skills to monitor trends in data and generate actionable insights and reports for clients
- Outstanding relationship management and customer‑facing skills
- Excellent technological skills or the ability to quickly learn what is needed to support successful campaign implementation and optimisation from a technical point of view
- Willingness to travel for business
- Fluency in both English and Italian (required)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment and a constant desire to learn
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage a book of business – service clients according to importance and potential within your portfolio, spotting opportunities to scale product roll‑out potential and meet further client needs
- Provide account insights and strategy – analyse and create custom reports and actionable insights for clients to support account growth
- Client education & proactive consultation – ensure clients follow best practices and maximise every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform; help them optimise campaigns to hit goals and scale their account
- Campaign management – track targeting, spending caps, pacing, performance optimisation, etc.
- Upsell and cross‑sell – focus on roll‑out of new product features, additional campaigns, and international account expansion
- Client meetings and QBRs – conduct face‑to‑face quarterly business review meetings with key clients, ranging from day‑to‑day contact to C‑level executives within the client organisation
