A global consumer products company in Rome is seeking an individual for a temporary role focused on data analysis and in-store coordination. Candidates should have a degree related to Business Administration and prior experience in similar roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are required. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory. This position is temporary for up to 12 months, without relocation assistance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Power user of VISPERA (corporate tool used by Merchandisers for Audit in POS)
  • KPIs monitoring and analysis
  • Sell-Out Data Analysis
  • Coordinator between Sell-Out Team and CEX
  • Organization of ad hoc in store activities ( WD build up, transition,blitz, top promo events)
  • Administrator of POP Materials stock and availability
  • Report release for market and competitors activities
  • Responsible for divisional / global tasks on field force automation tools
  • In charge for updating all tools needed ( catalogue, POP menu..)
  • Be part of workshop and taskforce to provide field perspective and needs
  • Be able to provide placement solution according to RCD guidelines
  • Support trade and category story providing post analysis and POP target
Education

Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)

Requirements of the role
  • Previous experience of minimum of 9 / 10 months as in store account
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage Nielsen and Vispera data
  • Customer and field dynamics knowledge
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (in particular. Excel) and willingness to learn company specific tools & programs
  • English and Italian fluency is mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license required
