Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience in server/application operations and maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Linux OS and database operations.
• Willingness to learn programming/scripting languages.

Mansioni

• Support 2nd Line Operations for OSS tools in a multi-vendor environment.
• Perform daily monitoring and health checks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and 1st Line Operations.

Conoscenze

Ability to create technical instructions/procedures

Knowledge of Linux OS

Application/database administration

Telecom protocols

Teamwork orientation

Proficient English (spoken/written)

Exposure to virtualization technologies
