Position

PLAY A KEY ROLE WHERE YOUR SKILLS MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant in our Customer Engagement & CRM practice, you will contribute to the analysis, design and integration of CRM solutions based on Salesforce. You will work on strategic projects in the sustainability and ESG area, supporting our national and international clients in their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Collect business requirements;
  • Draft functional and technical process documentation;
  • Analyze and design CRM solutions on the Salesforce.com platform;
  • Organise and report ongoing activities;
  • Coordinate and manage developer resources.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM implementation projects;
  • Directly interact with the client for requirement gathering and analysis;
  • Configure the Salesforce platform autonomously;
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ modules;
  • Experience with Agile project methodology;
  • Fluent English skills.

Preferred requirements: knowledge of the Net Zero Cloud module and participation in ESG‑related projects.
