This role involves supporting digital marketing strategies, coordinating events, and managing essential sales documents. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, strong knowledge of marketing principles, and proficiency in both English and French. Mansioni

• Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and press releases.
• Aid in organizing educational trips, exhibitions, and training sessions.
• Conduct data entry and analysis for retail data to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to prepare training sessions.
• Manage updates to price lists and sales documents.
• Perform business intelligence activities with BW reports for management.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing support to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will execute various sales and marketing activities in alignment with the annual activity plan approved by management.

Key responsibilities include :

• Online and offline mkt activities and Social Media Support : Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and press release initiatives.
• Event Coordination : Aid in organizing events such as educational trips, exhibitions, training sessions, shows, and meetings.
• Data Management : Conduct data entry and analysis, with a focus on retail data to inform decision-making.
• Training Support : Collaborate with the Product Manager to organize training sessions, including document preparation and scheduling.
• Sales Documentation : Manage updates to price lists and other essential sales documents.
• Business Intelligence Reporting : Perform business intelligence activities, including generating BW reports for management.

The Sales & Marketing support will provide support to team members in document production and data management related to sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Skills & Requirements

Required Skills :

• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint (and Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of economics and marketing principles.
• 4 years of experience
• Proficiency in English (and French), both spoken and written.
