Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure that all the activities performed within the organization are in line with Group values and objectives and lead to the development of Octapharma Italy in terms of business and people empowerment.
• Setting short-, medium- and long-term marketing and commercial strategies, ensure the achievement of the goals in terms of volume and profitability for Italian market, while keeping under control investments level.
• People Management - set the individual goals and tasks for all the employees reporting to him/her as well as establish with them periodical meeting to check the alignment of activities to agreed goals.
• Sales & Marketing - set yearly goals for the whole product portfolio; ensure motivation and commitment of the S&M personnel, promoting professional competence and giving appropriate support and feedback.
• Liaises and collaborates with Medical Functions (Medical Advisor, Medical Science Liaison, etc.) to develop Medical-Marketing activities in support of the Company product portfolio.
• Ensures, according to the role, the compliance with Company rules and Company Code of Conduct.

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• Academic degree in Science field or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven expertise in planning and business analysis
• Excellent organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple projects, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Strong technical affinity, proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and the confidence to provide support when needed.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
