Key Responsibilities
- Application of the commercial strategy and policy in the area of competence (partnership and / or short channel model)
- Definition, monitoring and achievement of turnover and margin targets
- Management and development of strategic customers
- Preparation of coordination activities with one's manager and application of the defined plans
- Market and competitor analysis
- Identification and application of promotional campaigns and care of the exhibition set-ups
- Region of responsibility: North part of Italy
Hard Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role leading a business unit
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong technical skills
- Negotiation skills
- University degree

- English knowledge will be your preference
