A growing technology firm is seeking a Sales Manager for the Italian Market to convert leads into customers and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, strong CRM skills, and be fluent in Italian and English. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers and collaborating with local teams to optimize sales processes. As a our first Sales Manager (f / m / d) for the Italian Market , you turn Italy into plancraft’s next growth engine by converting high-quality inbound and outbound leads into enthusiastic, long-term customers and by shaping a scalable, localized sales motion that truly resonates with Italian trades professionals. You collaborate closely with the BDM Italy, Expansion Lead, and the future Country Lead to refine messaging, sharpen the demo experience, and build the commercial foundations that power plancraft’s expansion across one of our most strategic markets.
