A leading fitness solutions provider is seeking a dynamic Pilates Sales Manager & Instructors Network to lead sales strategies and community engagement from its headquarters in Cesena, Italy. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of sales experience in the Pilates industry, strong analytical skills, and excellent relationship-building capabilities. You will drive sales of Pilates equipment, build a network of instructors, and support product launches. This role requires fluency in English and a willingness to travel as needed.

Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Pilates Sales Manager & Instructors Network based in our HQ in Cesena to lead the sales specialist team of the Pilates format across all territories covered by subsidiaries or distributors. You will be responsible for building a network of instructors, promoting the Pilates business model, and supporting product launches and upgrades with commercial initiatives. You will be in charge of managing revenues and margins through pre-sales activities, product training, and proactively visiting prospects and customers to sell our Pilates solutions.

Your Impact

Sales & Business Development

• Promote the Pilates business model and execute Global sales strategies to achieve target revenues and margins (sales, delivery, consulting, post-sales) within subsidiaries and distributors.
• Drive sales of Pilates-related equipment and solutions across all market segments (studios, gyms, rehab centers, fitness professionals, hotels, privates, …).
• Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with Pilates studios, wellness centers, and fitness institutions.
• Create and coordinate a network of national Pilates sales specialists, organizing business reviews to ensure comprehensive product knowledge, sharing of best practices, and effective action plans.
• Support Technogym Pilates Sales Specialists in all subsidiaries and distributors to define the solution that best fits specific customer needs.
• Implement and oversee the delivery of the solution, maximizing active users and return on investment for operators.
• Provide reliable and structured sales forecasts and pipeline management.
• Support product launches and periodic upgrades of Pilates with commercial initiatives and lead generation activities, collaborating with Go To Market to develop dedicated content (seminars, webinars, best practices).

Community Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and activate the Pilates community, acting as a brand ambassador worldwide to create a TG-certified network
• Work closely with Pilates instructors, trainers, and studio owners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Organize and participate in community-driven initiatives to support Pilates education and equipment usage.

About You

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry.
• Proven track record in sales within the Pilates industry with a strong understanding of the equipment, including accessories.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking, as well as excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a consultative selling approach.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with / coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• English fluent
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a Pilates Instructor or certification in Pilates training is a plus.
• Prior experience working in fitness studios, rehab centers, or wellness brands.
• Global Experience in sales and team management.
