Sales Manager - Hotel Rosa Grand, Milano

Join Starhotels and become part of the Sales Team of our Hotel Rosa Grand, in the heart of Milan.

As a Sales Manager your mission is to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities for our property.

Responsibilities
  • Analysing local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
  • Assisting the other departments of the Hotel in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
  • Identifying possible sales opportunities and attending to events when requested.
  • Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
  • Coordinating with the Head Office Sales team.
  • Ensuring that Starhotels sales policies and procedures and SOPs are adhered to at all times.
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Previous and proven experience in the role.
  • An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned area.
  • Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios

  • Italian – fluently
