A leading energy firm in Italy is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business development and contract closure in the biogas upgrading market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales or proposal management within international projects. Proficiency in both English and Italian is required. This is a full-time, onsite position with no remote work.

Competenze

  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in sales or proposal management within middle and large-scale international plant projects.
  • Solid understanding of technical processes in biogas and biomethane market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and sound knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide teams and support decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
