Overview

Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, 5 stars luxury in Milan, seeks Sales Manager to integrate its Commercial Department.

Responsibilities
  • Stimulate and develop new business in assigned market segment.
  • Execute in-depth market analyses to monitor and improve assigned segment results relative to competition.
  • Participate in fairs, trips, events to promote the hotel and build/maintain relationships with clients worldwide.
  • Prepare proposals for group requests, follow up and maximize conversion of sent offers into confirmed reservations.
  • Generate commercial activity reports, contacts and client feedback related to offers.
  • Conduct site inspections in hotel with reference to new clients.
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to improve customer satisfaction and ensure loyalty.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience in same role in similar hotel contexts.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; additional foreign language is preferred.
  • Teamwork orientation and ability to maintain good relations with colleagues of various departments.
  • Availability and flexibility in terms of activity, logistics (travel to Italian and foreign territory) and hours.
  • Respond flexibly to any eventual changes within the department following company needs.
  • Excellent IT skills; knowledge of Opera system is preferred.

Profile completed by precision, problem solving attitude and natural interpersonal orientation. Residence in Milan zone is preferred.
