Overseas Sales Manager (Management)

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development for mechanical, industrial, or heat transfer equipment.
- Experience in industries such as power, oil & gas, petrochemical, refrigeration, chemical, or waste heat utilization preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships, including EPC contractors, strategic partners, and distributors across Europe.
- Experience in equipment sales (e.g., heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, hydrogen energy solutions) preferred.
- Strong team coordination and leadership skills; able to work alongside sales teams and operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing); additional languages preferred.
- Proficient with office software and CRM tools.
- Strong B2B negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand the company’s overseas customer base, building deep, long-term partnerships.
- Identify and develop new B2B clients and opportunities, ensuring inclusion in supplier lists of key accounts.
- Support the sales team during project bidding and contract negotiations with actionable insights.
- Develop and execute personal new customer acquisition strategies aligned with company KPIs.
- Host client visits to company facilities and provide full support during inspections.
- Develop relationships with local partners, agents, and strategic allies.
- Achieve annual KPIs and follow management guidance.
Salary and benefits:
- Salary range: 25,000-36,000 RMB
