A leading vacuum solutions company is seeking a Sales Professional in Italy to drive profitable growth by promoting sales of industrial products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2-3 years of sales experience in industrial settings. You will work remotely from within Italy and be responsible for achieving sales targets, retaining clients, and expanding the customer base. You must be fluent in Italian and English and possess a positive, dynamic attitude towards commercial efforts.

Competenze

Your role

Maximize the sustainable profitable growth of our products across the territory by promoting sales to new and existing customers and developing the area assigned, in accordance with agreed business plans, representing the VTBA in a manner that all products are promoted. The role will have a strong orientation towards the sales of Scientifics & Industrial products into all application sectors and in particular in General Industrial (OEM and end users), analytical OEM excluding key customers in Chemical Process Industries.

To succeed, you will need

Follow, implement the country strategic and tactical plan, and execute the activity plans in the territory under your responsibility.

  • Achieve and overcome the annual targets for the territory under your responsibility.
  • Drive equipment market share growth year on year.
  • Retain existing customers and expand the product portfolio sold to them
  • Prospect and win new customers in the prioritised market sectors
  • Report any customer contact / visit and any customer / market information through the tools made available (eg CRM)
  • Report and update the project pipeline through the tools made available in timely manner to help Team leader, Regional sales Manager and BLMs to provide to the Divisions good financial and product forecasting
  • Gain a clear idea of market price and work with your line manager to position our product pricing in agreement with Value Price management
  • Provide and report information from competitors activities in your territory
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Education level : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Physics) or a closely related technical field.
  • Relevant Previous : Minimum of 2/3 years working experiences in selling Industrial products in the BtB market in the assigned region. Experience in selling Vacuum products and solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledges/Skills : Commercial hunting attitude, Autonomous, Dynamic, Team Worker, Positive, CRM, MS Office
  • Other requirements : Italian (writting/speaking), English fluent, frequent travelling (60%), location Italy Center

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Milano, Avezzano, while being associated with our customer center in Italy (IT).
