Role and Responsibilities

Sales Director (Remote, Freelance) with at least 5 years of experience in digital and creative environments. A professional who can combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution: confident in managing client relationships, coordinating a team, and, when needed, crafting impactful proposals, decks, and presentations.

This role requires a strong mix of sales, client relations, and new business development skills.

Who you are

You are a natural client partner, with experience leading ongoing retainers and projects from successful delivery to long-term growth. You know how to transform agency proposals into compelling offers, bringing together the elements needed to win. You enjoy working on upselling initiatives, identifying and executing opportunities to expand existing client relationships. You thrive in new business contexts, from preparing proposals to meeting potential clients, and you’re eager to keep developing this area of your career. You have a solid project management background, with experience handling medium to large-scale digital and creative projects. You can coordinate junior figures while also rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1–C2 level). Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, client services or account management in a digital or creative agency. Strong ability to manage and grow client partnerships. Experience in preparing impactful proposals, pitches, and presentations. Strong upselling mindset with proven ability to identify new opportunities. Familiarity with remote work. Hands-on attitude, able to both lead and execute when necessary.
