Your mission

To support our growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (m/f/d). Are you a passionate sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented environment? Then you might be the ideal candidate and can support us with the following activities:

  • Researching and identifying new potential customers through prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.);
  • Managing and qualifying leads generated by marketing and outbound activities, assessing the real interest and needs of prospects;
  • Scheduling and organizing appointments for the sales team (Account Executives), facilitating the handover of qualified leads;
  • Mapping target companies and gathering key information about decision-makers and business processes;
  • Managing the CRM: constantly updating activities, interactions, and lead status;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality;
  • Participating in trade fairs, events, and webinars to expand the network and generate new business opportunities;
  • Monitoring activity and result KPIs, with regular reporting to the relevant manager.
Your profile
  • Experience, even brief, in sales or business development roles (SDR, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, etc.), preferably in the software or logistics sector;
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and determination to achieve goals;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing priorities;
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and Microsoft 365;
  • Native Italian speaker with excellent knowledge English;
  • Precision, attention to detail, and active listening skills.
