Role

In the role of Sales Assistant at NBA Store Milano, you are expected to give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience to NBA fans, to maintain high standards and housekeeping in the store and to represent both the company (Fanatics International) and the partner brand (National Basketball Association) in the best way possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Till use and cash handling
• Shirt printing
• Day to day tasks and housekeeping

Knowledge

• Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
• Passion for NBA and sport is a must
• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Flexibility on working hours is essential
• Good English level
