Overview

The Swatch Group (Italia) S.p.A. is seeking new talent to join our SWATCH Corporate stores in Firenze as full-time Sales Assistants on a temporary contract. The role delivers an excellent customer experience, supports sales and after-sales activities, and helps maintain an orderly store, back office, and stock while ensuring proper presentation of SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee an excellent sales experience for customers, focusing on care and fulfillment of customer desires.
• Contribute to achieving corporate goals by managing customer relationships and handling sales assistance and after-sales activities.
• Participate in store organization, ensuring the point of sale, back office, and stock are kept in order.
• Ensure correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images.
• Assist in daily store operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail (sales, returns/orders, etc.).
• Commercial orientation; dynamic and flexible.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication to different situations (e.g., handling objections and conflicts).
• Problem solver by nature.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency with PC and Office suite; comfortable with technology and communication tools.

Languages

• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
