The ideal candidate will be passionate about the brand, ensure excellent customer service, and engage warmly with clients to enhance brand loyalty. Fluency in English is necessary, along with availability for various shifts. Previous retail experience is valued.

The Position

He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthy work environment.

The team works together to create a professional and motivating environment that reflects LDJ’s values and provides a pleasant experience for customers. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.
  • Demonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. Engage with clients, manage the relationship with an international customer base and share La DoubleJ’s history, products and values.
  • Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximise business and to resolve customer issues.
  • Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty.
  • Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy environment where to work and to shop.
  • Maintain the workplace tidy and organized.
  • Use effective sales techniques to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work on different shift patterns, such as: 18:00–22:00 or 14:00–23:00
