Competenze

• Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak with ease).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance functions from multi-national companies.
• Strong background in Total Preventive Maintenance is a plus.

Mansioni

• Ensure that safety rules and regulations are respected.
• Plan preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production for intervention on machines.
• Supervise, control and evaluate maintenance activities.
• Support warehouse for inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Analyze failure root causes and propose action plans.
• Propose improvement plans to reduce machine downtime.
• Prepare yearly CAPEX in coordination with superiors.
