We are looking for a Robot programmer Top coat to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).

You will hierarchically report to the Head of Paintshop Engineering and Technologies.

You will be responsible to develop robot programming for top coat application.

Your main activities will be:

• To develop robot programming for top coat line (Primer, BC and CC; body & hang on)
• To make evaluation for new contents and/or new parts and/or new car
• To contribute to problem solving loops (for color matching and/or any other issue related to robot programming)
• To contribute to the process continuous improvement with robot programs optimization

About you

• University or Technical Degree
• At least years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in robot programming for painting
• Off line and on line programming for painting
• Preferable ABB or DURR technologies knowledge
• Automotive Top coat application process knowledge
• IT office package
• 3d software usage
• Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
• Analysis and problem solving
• Organizational skills
• Effective communication
• Teamwork
• Target orientation
