About the Role

As a Sales Junior Associate, you’ll play a key supporting role in helping restaurants start their journey with Tebi. You’ll be focused on outreach, assisting with onboarding, and making sure our restaurant partners feel supported from day one. This role is designed for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn sales in a fast-paced startup environment, with plenty of room to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential restaurant partners

  • Support the sales team with outreach, calls, and scheduling meetings

  • Join sales calls and take notes to ensure smooth follow-up

  • Assist with onboarding new restaurants to the Tebi platform

  • Keep our CRM updated with accurate records of leads and conversations

  • Gather feedback from restaurants and share insights with the team

What You’ll Need
  • 0–1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (internships and part-time roles welcome)

  • Strong motivation to build a career in sales and the restaurant/tech industry

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and adaptable mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
