A dynamic indie games firm based in Italy is seeking a Sales Hunter to expand their presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in gaming and a hunter mindset to successfully engage indie studios. This role offers full autonomy with a competitive commission structure on every deal closed, along with marketing support and a focus on helping small to mid-sized studios succeed. This is a full-time remote position designed for results-driven sales professionals.
Stratos is expanding its presence in the independent games space.
We’re looking for a Sales Hunter, not an Account Manager, someone who can open doors, talk to studios, understand devs’ problems and close deals.
If you know the industry, already have contacts (or know how to build them fast), this is a real opportunity: remote work, freelance collaboration, full autonomy and commissions on every deal closed.
Goal : build a solid pipeline and close deals.
We’re not looking for “potential”. We want someone who can actually sell.
You should have:
Indie studios don’t need more theory, they need concrete tools and deals.
Stratos offers services that make an indie studio and its project attractive to players and investors, treating independent games with the same care and ambition as big-budget titles.
