A dynamic indie games firm based in Italy is seeking a Sales Hunter to expand their presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in gaming and a hunter mindset to successfully engage indie studios. This role offers full autonomy with a competitive commission structure on every deal closed, along with marketing support and a focus on helping small to mid-sized studios succeed. This is a full-time remote position designed for results-driven sales professionals.

Stratos is expanding its presence in the independent games space.

We’re looking for a Sales Hunter, not an Account Manager, someone who can open doors, talk to studios, understand devs’ problems and close deals.

If you know the industry, already have contacts (or know how to build them fast), this is a real opportunity: remote work, freelance collaboration, full autonomy and commissions on every deal closed.

Your Mission
  • Scout and directly contact indie studios across Europe
  • Own the entire sales funnel: from first call to signed contract
  • Grow our network and consistently bring in new partner studios

Goal : build a solid pipeline and close deals.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for “potential”. We want someone who can actually sell.

You should have:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in gaming/tech (publisher, tools, services, outsourcing, accelerators, etc.)
  • Experience in the games industry and knowledge of the European indie landscape
  • The ability to talk to founders, producers and lead developers
  • A true hunter mindset: autonomous, fast, results-driven
  • Determination to close contracts, not just to “manage relationships”
Language
  • Fluent English is mandatory (you’ll mainly work in English with European studios)
  • Italian and other European languages are a plus
Market
  • Europe-wide, with no territorial limits.
  • You’re free to approach studios in any European country.
