A global event services provider is seeking Resource Planners to coordinate travel and accommodations for major international events. Ideal candidates have experience in travel coordination and a strong ability to manage logistics, ensuring compliance with policies. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the willingness to travel. Join the team and contribute to delivering energy solutions for world-class events.

Competenze

  • Role: Resource Planners- Major Events
  • Role Type: Contract/Freelance
  • Location: International (event-based)
  • Assignment Length: Typically, 6 months. Start dates will vary dependant on event and venue

You will do:
  • Arrange flights, ground transport, and accommodations for employees and contractors to meet project needs.
  • Manage long-term accommodation, including handovers, payments, and tracking utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel, accommodation, and crew documentation.
  • Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
  • Act as the main contact for travel and accommodation queries, resolving issues and communicating changes promptly.
  • Coordinate crew allocation and contractor scheduling in partnership with project and resource planning teams.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in travel coordination, office administration, or a related role.
  • Experience in working with travel agencies and booking platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external providers.
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate effectively with vendors.
  • Willingness to travel as required and work outside regular business hours when necessary.
